Next the home gained over 1,000 square feet when the entire basement was finished with polished concrete floors giving the clients a full kitchen, billiard table, home gym, playroom, guest bed and full bath with curbless shower, fireplace at living area and walk-out patio increased the options for entertainment 10-fold!
